Dameg Perfa started in a modest tutoring room with just five students and one passionate educator. The founder, a former school teacher, noticed that many students were falling through the cracks of the traditional education system. Not because they lacked intelligence, but because the one-size-fits-all approach simply did not work for everyone.
That observation sparked an idea: create a learning environment where each student receives instruction tailored to their specific needs, learning style, and pace. No rushing ahead when concepts remain unclear. No holding back when a student is ready to advance.
